“Phones Down For 5” was a US Cellular campaign aimed at encouraging people to disconnect from their phones for five minutes each day, to reconnect more meaningfully with their surroundings, with loved ones, and with the moment. The goal was to promote mindful usage of technology, reduce distraction, and reinforce US Cellular’s positioning as more than just a carrier — as a brand that cares about the wellbeing of its users, not just connectivity.
